Northern Soul The Classics

Here is another good compilation of Nothern Soul from Goldsmine Soul Supply. They crank out the best compilations in my opinion. Some of the songs have already been on some comps, but for the most part, the majority are new. Enjoy!

The Wigan Casino Story

mis canciones favoritas de este álbum:

3,4,5,6,9,11,13, y 17

Wigan Casino was a well known club in the outskirts of Manchester, England. Its claim to fame was the All Nighter Soul Dances. During the 70's and early 80's the club played Northern Soul on the weekends, till the clubs demise in the 80's because of a fire. This compilation is a good reprisentation of the music that you would have heard on a weekend night at Wigan Casino.

My fav tracks:

3,4,5,6,9,11,13 and 17
