What praise can be said about Alton Ellis that has not been said before.. He was a true vocal legend. Godfather of Rocksteady! I recall the first time I heard Alton sing Rocksteady it was the perfect anthem for the muisc that I love so much. Ever since then I have been a fan of all his work. I was fortunate enough to see Mr. Elllis on 3 occasions and thank the lord that it was possible. I will miss you very much and appreciate all that you have done. We will see you some day again my friend.
